How do I make a return?

• A 20 percent handling charge will incur if if a product is returned between 14 and 28 days.

• Products will be rejected if returned after 28 days.

• For all warranty enquiry, please contact our team with your order number, part number, and reason for fault. [shop@grandcorporation.co.uk] [020 3375 5532]

• All products for warranty will be trialled and tested before a refund can be processed. Replacements will have to be bought until the product is being tested.

• All returns must be accompanied by copies of invoices/sales orders/return notes or receipts for proof of purchase and order identification.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed once we have recieved your returned items and have passed our inspections to see if the product is fit for resale or not.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simple browse our shop, select the items you wish to order and add them to the basket. Once all your items are in the basket, please proceed to the checkout where you will be asked to fill in your personal information. As soon as your payment is completed, your order will be processed and fufilled.
