Delivery Locations
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Orders to the Highlands and any remote islands of the United Kingdom may incur additional shipping costs. Any orders to these locations may also have different delivery times to those stated below. We will notify you of these matters either at the time of placing your order, or in any event, prior to the dispatch of your item.

We will ship our orders via an appropriate courier of our choosing. You will be provided with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You will have the choice of the below delivery options when you purchase your order. Please note that very large orders may attract additional shipping costs. The delivery fee for this shipping method is £2.99.
This shipping method will be free for orders of £25 and over.
Your order will usually be delivered within 3-5 business days of it being dispatched.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
The delivery fee for this shipping method is £5.99.
Your order will usually be delivered within 2-3 business days of it being dispatched.

PREMIUM DELIVERY
The delivery fee for this shipping method is £7.99.
Your order will usually be delivered the next business day, provided that your order is placed before 12PM.

2. DELAYS
We will make sure, as far as reasonably practicable, that your order is delivered in accordance with the above timeframes. Please note that we will not be responsible for any orders that are delayed by events which are beyond our reasonable control, such as poor weather conditions.

What's the returns policy?

Refund & Warranty Policy

To view your orders and process returns click HERE: 

• A 20 percent handling charge will incur if if a product is returned between 14 and 28 days.

• Products will be rejected if returned after 28 days.

• All products for warranty will be trialled and tested before a refund can be processed. Replacements will have to be bought until the product is being tested.
