We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Orders to the Highlands and any remote islands of the United Kingdom may incur additional shipping costs. Any orders to these locations may also have different delivery times to those stated below. We will ship our orders via an appropriate courier of our choosing. You will be provided with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. The delivery fee for this shipping method is £5.99.
Your order will usually be delivered within 2-3 business days of it being dispatched.

PREMIUM DELIVERY
The delivery fee for this shipping method is £7.99.
Your order will usually be delivered the next business day, provided that your order is placed before 12PM.

What's the returns policy?

Refund & Warranty Policy

To view your orders and process returns click HERE: 

• A 20 percent handling charge will incur if if a product is returned between 14 and 28 days.

• Products will be rejected if returned after 28 days.

• All products for warranty will be trialled and tested before a refund can be processed. Replacements will have to be bought until the product is being tested.
